Points are calculated on eligible full-size products after discounts. Shipping, tax, Discovery Samples and wallet deductions are excluded. Your points arrive automatically once the paid order is delivered.

Your delivery charge comes back after your review.
You pay delivery when placing a Discovery order. After the parcel is delivered, submit one verified review for a Discovery product from that order. The delivery amount is then credited to your Luxamour wallet once for that order.

When do I receive my welcome points?
A new Luxamour account starts with 3 Discovery Points. Your current balance appears in your account and in the site header.
Exactly when are shopping points added?
After an eligible order is paid and marked delivered. The system awards one point for every complete €9.50 of eligible post-discount product spend.
Can I pay for a Discovery product with euros?
Discovery products are reserved for Discovery Points. Delivery is calculated separately for your destination and shown at checkout.
How does the review and delivery return work?
Once your Discovery order is delivered, review an included Discovery product from the order page. The order's delivery fee is credited once to your Luxamour wallet after the first qualifying review.
What makes a review verified?
The review must come from the customer account that placed the order, for a product included in that order, after its delivery.
What happens after a cancellation or refund?
Points earned from an order can be adjusted or removed when that order is cancelled or refunded, keeping your balance accurate.
