Depending on how you use the site, we process account and contact details, addresses, orders and payments, support requests, communication preferences, and cookie choices.

• Account, basket, payment and delivery: performing the contract and meeting legal obligations.
• Security, fraud prevention and site operation: legitimate interests or legal obligations, depending on the processing.
• Audience measurement, session analysis and advertising: prior consent where required.
• Newsletter and email marketing: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Data may be shared as needed with providers for hosting and storage (OVH), email delivery (Brevo), payments (Revolut), authentication (Firebase), and, depending on your choices and the site configuration, analytics and advertising (Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel). Partner brands and carriers may receive data needed to sell or deliver their products.

Processing locations, sub-processors and transfer safeguards depend on the active contracts and settings. Contact us for information that applies to a specific processing activity.

We keep data for as long as needed for each purpose. Order and billing records may be retained for applicable statutory periods; account data is kept during the relationship and then for applicable limitation or legal periods; marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn or it is no longer useful. Rights requests are kept while handled and then as needed for evidence and applicable limitation periods.

The period depends on the data, purpose and legal requirements. Luxamour must confirm and publish precise periods from its processing records and production configuration.

Strictly necessary technologies may be used to provide a service you request. Optional technologies loaded by the site code are Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, and Meta Pixel for advertising when configured. Google Analytics and Clarity require your analytics choice; Meta Pixel requires your marketing choice.

• Choose “Essentials only” to refuse optional technologies, or customize each category.
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the persistent “Manage cookies” control.
• Your choice is stored for no longer than six months before we ask again.
• Exact cookie names and lifetimes must be confirmed on the deployed site and documented for the providers actually active.

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. We respond without undue delay and generally within one month. The law permits an extension in some cases; we will tell you if that applies.

• For another request, use the data request form. We verify the email address before processing.
• You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr.

We have not identified a decision in the site code that produces legal or similarly significant effects and is based solely on automated processing. This must also be confirmed for tools and processing operated outside the site code.
