Customer service and support
Customer service is a priority for us. It is part of the Luxamour experience. Our passionate team is at your disposal via the contact address (contact@luxamour.fr ) or by phone at +33 (0)7 49 77 34 04 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm).

Delivery
For product orders sent by Luxamour, in France, upon receipt of payment, the package is prepared and shipped within 24 hours (preparation time). In order to ensure a perfect customer service, we only ship with tracking.

For orders of products shipped by our brands, they are responsible for shipping and choice of carrier. The delivery time is indicated on the order detail of each product (as an indication). Of course, we act as a trusted third party and remain at your disposal at all times (before and after the order).

Returns
For any exchange request or complaint, please contact us by e-mail (contact@luxamour.fr) indicating your order number. We will take care of your request. We will give you a return number to indicate when returning your package.

You can return exchangeable products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Some products can be returned within a longer period (conditions indicated on the page of each product).

Payments
Online payments are made by credit card or with a Paypal account; they are made through the secure Paypal system or the secure Stripe system. These systems use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted. Once the order is finalized, you will receive an email from us.

Invoice
The confirmation email sent by LUXAMOUR has the value of a proof of purchase. If you need an invoice with VAT, please contact us at the following address: contact@luxamour.fr and indicate your order number.
